All UK registered companies must have a registered office address. This must be a real address and a physical location in the UK, but does not need to be a place where the company carries on its day-to-day business.
The registered office address will receive all official documents for the company, including but not limited to Companies House letters and reminders and forms from HMRC.
Barlow Robbins LLP can provide a registered office for a company and/or a service address for directors (including receipt and forwarding of all mail). As a director’s service address is available to the public, we find that many of our director clients wish to keep that address separate from their residential address and instead use our address as their official service address.
Our registered office address and service address services include the forwarding of post to the company at the address provided to us. This can be done by way of scanning and emailing the relevant documents and/or sending the hard copy documents in the post.
