I work in the Commercial Property Department in Guildford and my spread of work includes all areas of commercial property.
The majority of my time is taken up acting for Landlords and Tenants in both new leases and general L&T matters. My recent work has included acting for a high street retailer taking on a new lease of premises in Portsmouth. I also act for individuals, investment companies and SIPPs including acting for a SIPP in the restructuring of the leasehold interests of a key investment property.
I have a growing depth of experience in secured lending, development finance and refinancing of investment portfolios and I act for a number of plc lenders. I recently acted for an institutional lender in the refinancing of a residential property portfolio of 30+ properties.
I graduated my undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Leeds in 2012 after which I completed the GDL and the LPC course at Guildford College of Law.
I trained at a national firm and split my training between London and Guildford. I joined Barlow Robbins on qualification in September 2016.
I enjoy being in the outdoors and getting out on the bike or for a walk. I am always looking for new opportunities to try something new and have recently taken to surfing.
