About Elizabeth
I advise clients and their families with legal issues including wills, administration of estates, powers of attorney, trusts and tax planning.
I am particularly involved with issues affecting the older client in planning for the future to protect family and assets. I am experienced in dealing with Court of Protection applications, this is a fast growing area and it is very rewarding to be able to help clients in this way.
I lecture occasionally for Law South (a group of solicitors firms in the South) and I also give talks and seminars to various local organisations.
