I am a qualified solicitor and accredited mediator recommended by the Legal 500 Directory 2017 for commercial litigation. I undertake a variety of work assisting both businesses and individuals in resolving their disputes. I regularly deal with:
- Complex contractual disputes;
- Building and other construction related disputes;
- Insolvency related matters; and
- Boardroom, shareholder and partnership disputes.
I take a pragmatic, commercial approach to solving clients’ problems and robustly defend my clients’ interests, be it through the court process or alternative dispute resolution such as mediation.
Prior to joining Barlow Robbins LLP, I studied law at and graduated from King’s College London. I subsequently trained and qualified as a solicitor at a south-west regional firm, and then spent some time as a qualified lawyer in Southampton.
I am a member of the Commercial Litigation Association.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and over the last few years have taken up skiing.
James Dyche ‘has a wise head on young shoulders’ and is known for his work in cross-border contract disputes.
