Managing Change in Your Business

We will be looking at the employment issues that arise when you make changes in your business, focusing on the application of the TUPE regulations when buying or selling a business and when changing service providers.

We will look at how and when TUPE applies, how to safely dismiss an employee following a TUPE transfer, and when it is possible to harmonise and change terms and conditions of employment post-transfer. The seminar will cover recent changes to the regulations and the developments in case law. We will also discuss the latest updates in collective consultation in redundancy situations.

This seminar is aimed at HR professionals and senior executives who have an existing knowledge of the TUPE regulations.

Drinks and canapés will be served afterwards.
