Each year, we offer our support to a number of local charities and groups. This year we have supported:
Reivers 12
The Reivers 12 are a group of 12 local men who took on the challenge of rowing from London to Paris in May 2010 to raise money for CHASE Hospice Care for Children and Children With Leukaemia. As well as donating money and arranging a collection within our offices, our staff took part in a virtual rowing event in Guildford town centre to help raise money and awareness for the Reivers 12 team amongst the local community.
Guildford Action
Guildford Action is a local charity which supports disadvantaged people on low incomes within the community. We chose Guildford Action as the recipient of our Christmas donation in 2009. Members of our staff have also given their time to volunteer at a soup kitchen run by the Guildford Action in the winter.
Link Leisure
Link Leisure supports children with disabilities by organising a number of social and sports activities. A number of members of our staff give their time on a monthly basis to work in their offices, offering either administration support or manual labour.
