New users
Once you have signed the Insurance Brokers Referral Agreement and are a member of our Insurance Broker Panel, you will be issued with a user name and password, which will allow you to log in and access your own secure page. On this page, you can keep up-to-date with the status of all claims that you refer to us. This will include pending claims and those that have been accepted and rejected.
