This interactive session will provide an excellent opportunity for detailed discussion focusing on the new concepts and provisions enshrined in the Equality Act 2010. We will work through case studies to illustrate likely applications and effects of the novel and, as yet, untested provisions in this new legislation. We will give our views on how employers may utilise new concepts to their advantage and will offer guidance on the implementation of sensible measures to minimise the risk of falling foul of new and unfamiliar rules.
