We represented the family of a middle aged lady suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, who had been inappropriately placed in an old peoples home funded by Social Services.
We successfully challenged the rationale behind the local authority’s stance that she was suffering from dementia and as a result got her transferred to a care home of the family’s choice which was more appropriate for her age and condition.
