Catherine qualified as a solicitor in 1992 with Alsop Wilkinson (now DLA Piper). Since then, she has worked for regional firms, joining Barlow Robbins LLP in September 2006. Catherine deals with professional negligence claims, principally for secured Lenders. She has experience in acting for claimants against a range of professionals, including solicitors, surveyors and architects. She is a member of the PNLA. She specialises in complex mortgage litigation; including defended possession claims, title disputes and fraud.
