Solicitor
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and worked for 14 years in the private client department at Blake Lapthorn in Portsmouth before moving to Barlow Robbins LLP's Godalming office in December 2003. Elizabeth is a member of both the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly and advises clients on Wills, Tax planning, administration of estates, creation and management of trusts, Powers of attorney and financial matters for elderly clients including asset protection and applications to the Court of Protection.
