Solicitor
Ena studied European Law and Languages at the University of the West of England, Bristol and she qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having completed her training at Thomas Eggar LLP. Ena has broad experience in company commercial work but specialises in particular in the acquistions and sales of companies and businesses and assets, partnership and LLP arrangements and shareholder agreements. Ena also has experience working as an In-house lawyer where she drafted and advised on a wide range of commercial agreements and was able to gain a sound insight into a client's needs.
