Lisa qualified as a Solicitor in 1988 and joined Barlow Robbins LLP in January 2000.
Lisa specialises in contentious probate and trust disputes, dealing predominantly with cases involving challenges to the validity of a will (lack of capacity, undue influence, lack of knowledge and approval), claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the removal and replacement of executors and trustees and other disputes arising in the course of the administration of an estate or during the life of a trust. Lisa is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
