Mark trained and qualified at Clifford Chance and spent 8 years working on a broad range of finance, company and commercial matters in the City. Since leaving London he has built up a practice which is largely based on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder arrangements and partnership law. His clients are variously local, in other parts of the United Kingdom and overseas and range from private individuals to PLCs. Mark lives in Surrey with his young family and is a governor of a local school. Mark has served as a member of the Law Society's Company Law Committee and is as regular contributor to the Solicitor's Journal, for which he writes a quarterly update on commercial contract law.
