Nitzan is a specialist corporate tax lawyer who joined the firm as a Consultant in 2011.
Following qualification in 2000, Nitzan joined the tax department of Dickson Minto W.S, a leading corporate firm in London, where he gained experience in dealing with high value corporate tranactions, restructuring and share schemes. Since 2001 Nitzan has practiced in the South region including with large regional firm, Thomas Eggar, where he headed the corporate tax department firmwide and was in 2006 promoted to Associate. He regularly lectures on various topics relating to taxation.
Nitzan specialises in advising companies and individuals on the tax implications of corporate/commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, restructuring and other tax related company reorganisations. He also advises on the tax implications of approved and unapproved share schemes, employment tax and property taxes (VAT and SDLT).
