My name is Peter Sisson and I am a Partner specialising in Complex Mortgage Litigation. I have gained substantial expertise over many years and have developed a specialist knowledge of the non-conforming market.
As a specialist within the mortgage industry I handle a wide variety of heavyweight mortgage cases, including those relating to professional negligence, mortgage fraud, title disputes and identity theft. I have acted for a large number of lenders throughout my career.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1983.
