Head of Department
Sarah joined the practice in March 2005 and is based in the Godalming Office. She is a Partner and heads up the Residential Property Department across all three offices of Woking, Guildford and Godalming. She qualified as a Solicitor at Clifford Chance in 1991 and having taken a break to raise a family moved to her previous firm in Guildford in 2002 to head up the Property Department. Sarah deals with all aspects of residential property for a wide range of clients, although her main specialism is dealing with equestrian properties, high net worth estates and complex property matters. Her interest in the equestrian world has led her to act for two International Teams buying properties for the 2012 Olympics.
