Head of Department
Sarah joined the practice in March 2005 and is a Partner and, although based in the Godalming Office, is Head of the practice's Residential Property Team. She qualified as a solicitor at Clifford Chance in 1991 and having taken a break to raise a family moved to her previous firm in Guildford in 2002 to head up the property department. Sarah deals with all aspects of residential property for a wide range of clients, although her main specialism is dealing with high net worth estates and complex property matters. Her work includes leasehold and freehold sale and purchases and option agreements.
