Simon joined Barlow Robbins in 2003 from a large London firm. Since qualification in 1991, Simon has specialised in property litigation. He has extensive experience of commercial landlord and tenant disputes; the enforcement of restrictive covenants; the acquisition and protection of rights of way and other easements; adverse possession claims; and boundary disputes. Simon interprets and enforces leases, sale and purchase contracts and development agreements. He also advises on all aspects of residential tenancy law including enfranchisement matters and service charge issues.
More generally, Simon advises both businesses and individuals in relation to the resolution of all manner of disputes concerning commercial contracts, negligence and and trust law.
