Stephen took degrees in both Marine Biology and Law before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2007. He joined Barlow Robbins in 2010 having previously worked at two leading South East firms where he specialised in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury litigation.
Since qualification Stephen has developed a particular interest in representing the victims of Clinical Negligence and has experience dealing with a wide variety of medical specialty where negligence has resulted in the patient suffering unnecessary injury. He views this work as a vital element in attempting to raise the standard of medical care in both the NHS and private medicine.
Stephen also has a keen interest in aviation and has represented aviators and other aviation professionals who have suffered injury while in the course of their employment. He has also acted on behalf of members of the public who have been injured while involved in air travel.
Previously, Stephen has acted on behalf of members of the Unite and GMB Trade Unions in Employers’ Liability actions.
