Solicitor
Tim Whitney undertook a philosophy degree at the University of Sheffield before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. Tim joined Barlow Robbins LLP in 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor before qualifying into the family department in September 2010. Tim deals with a range of family matters including divorce, ancillary relief, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and separation agreements. Tim is also a member of Resolution and is currently sitting on the committee of Young Surrey Resolution. He is committed to the Resolution Code of Practice and is based in our Guildford Office.
