- A man injured his knee when pushing a large trolley on wheels down a ramp during the course of his employment. He received compensation of £48,000
- A man fell 8 feet from a car which he had not realised had been raised on a ramp during an MOT. He fractured his pelvis. Liability was disputed and a settlement was negotiated to reflect contributory negligence of £16,500.
- Elderly disabled lady injured when her mobility scooter went out of control after the brakes failed. She suffered multiple injuries but later died from other unrelated medical problems. Estate received £17,500
