Contentious Property Solicitor - Guildford

A vacancy has arisen in our Dispute Resolution team at our Guildford office. A Solicitor with 2-3 PQE dealing with contentious real estate matters is required on a full time basis to join our busy team.

The Applicant will have a record in contentious property work with experience of commercial landlord and tenant disputes (business tenancy renewals, rent reviews and dilapidation cases). He or she will have knowledge of disputes involving easements, restrictive covenants, boundaries and co-ownership. An understanding of the law relating to long leases of flats (lease extensions, enfranchisement and service charge disputes) would be an advantage.

The clients in most part will be commercial organisations, particularly small and medium enterprises and high net worth individuals.

The firm has large residential and commercial property departments and the candidate will support non-contentious lawyers and participate as needed in those departments.

Sensitivity to the clients and skills to build up the work are expected. A passion for contentious property work is essential.

Private Wealth and Tax Solicitor - Guildford

A vacancy has arisen in the Private Wealth and Tax department based at our Guildford office. A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3 to 4 PQE is required on a full time basis to join our busy team.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in all aspects of Private Wealth and Tax law with the ability to manage their own client base. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skill base, working as part of an experienced team.

Personal Injury Solicitor - Guildford

A vacancy has arisen in our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department based at our Guildford office for an Associate Solicitor on a full time basis.

This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the firm’s specialist Claimant personal injury claim team to deliver an excellent client service, predominantly but not exclusively to clients who have sustained severe brain and spinal injuries.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough training on the CPR and pre action protocols as they relate to personal injury claims and must have an understanding of the Rehabilitation Code.
