I specialise in advising on disputes arising from trusts and estates, working alongside private individuals and charities to achieve their objectives in a timely and cost effective manner.
I advise on cases under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, cases involving lack of capacity, want of knowledge and approval and undue influence. I also have particular expertise in advising on Trust cases, including TOLATA disputes which involve trusts of land and cohabitation issues as well as Court of Protection matters.
I joined Barlow Robbins as a trainee solicitor in 2017 and qualified as a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in 2019. Prior to this I had enjoyed a successful career in marketing.
I am a keen fitness enthusiast and balance this with a passion for eating out and socialising with family and friends. I also love to travel and am currently attempting to learn French.
