    We acted on behalf of Ms M’s estate following a hospital’s failure to diagnose gallbladder cancer. Ms M had been unwell and was eventually admitted to hospital for the removal of gallstones and her gallbladder. In line with usual procedure, a specimen was taken and sent to the pathology lab for testing.
