We have put a number of health measures in place to enable us to continue to provide the same quality service to you and reassure you that we will remain available to you for legal advice and support over the coming weeks and months.

Our legal services during the coronavirus outbreak

We will be providing a ‘business as usual’ service as far as we can whilst following the health and safety advice from the Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) to keep our clients and staff safe during this coronavirus situation. This will mostly be via telephone (01483 543210), email or video conferencing wherever possible.

We are helping many businesses and organisations deal with the impact of coronavirus, especially as to “force majeure”, frustration and related issues.

Coronavirus and business contracts (force majeure clauses)

Coronavirus is playing havoc with supply chains, events, M&A deals and employment contracts and causing a host of other legal issues. It will lead to many disputes unless the issues are handled skilfully. We advise businesses as well as schools and charities how to respond to most challenges or disputes in relation to their contracts, and we are ready to help you.
