Prices are charged at an hourly rate of £220 per hour plus VAT unless otherwise specified. In all cases, the final charge will depend on the amount of time spent on the matter. The provided estimated price ranges are a guideline and the final cost will depend on the overall complexity and requirements of the matter. Typical timescales provided include the average Home Office processing time.

Hesham Shoeb | Associate Solicitor

Hesham qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has practiced in Immigration law since 2010. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law & European studies and was called to the bar in 2009. He has experience dealing with all types of immigration work and is an effective advocate, regularly representing clients in the Immigration Tribunal. He is accredited IAAS level 2 supervisor in Immigration Law and a member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioners Association.

Applying to become British

Examples include clients who have Indefinite Leave to Remain or Permanent Residence and are looking to acquire British Citizenship, and children of foreign nationals born in the UK who acquire the right to register as British citizens.

Types of application: Naturalisation as British Citizen, Registration of a Child as British Citizen

Applications for European Nationals and their families

Examples of clients include EU nationals already living in the UK who want to apply for Permanent Residence or Settled Status, and Entry Clearance applications for non-EU family members wishing to join family in the UK.

Types of application: Applications for Permanent Residency, Settled Status, Pre-Settled Status, Registration Certificates, Family Permits & Residence Cards

Estimated price range: £1000 - £2000 depending on type of application required and overall complexity. On average this work takes between 5 and 10 hours to complete depending on the amount and type of supporting evidence we need to consider, whether you are applying alone or with dependants and whether there are any other relevant factors to consider.

Typical timescale: Approximately 6 months

Examples of clients include international students studying at degree level or PhD level, or short term language courses.

Types of application: Tier 4 (General) Visas, Child Student Visas, Short Term Study Visas

On average this work takes between 4 and 10 hours to complete depending on the amount and type of supporting evidence we need to consider, whether you are applying alone or with dependants and whether there are any other relevant factors to consider. Cases in which applicants have had prior refusal decisions or have complex immigration histories will be more complicated and will require more time.

Typical timescale: 2 - 4 months

Estimated price range: £800 - £1500 depending on type of visa and overall complexity. On average this work takes between 4 and 7 hours to complete depending on the amount and type of supporting evidence we need to consider, whether you are applying alone or with dependants and whether there are any other relevant factors to consider. Cases in which applicants have had prior refusal decisions or have complex immigration histories will be more complicated and will require more time.

For overseas clients who have grandparents who were born in the UK and are eligible for ancestry visas.

On average this work takes between 4 and 7 hours to complete depending on the amount and type of supporting evidence we need to consider, whether you are applying alone or with dependants and whether there are any other relevant factors to consider.
