Personal Injury - accident at work

16 March 2014

Our client in this case had an accident at work whilst he was working on a site as a labourer and carpenter.

Whilst he was conducting his work, he tripped and fell onto a scaffold pole. The top of the scaffold pole was not covered (as it should have been) and as a result, he sustained very serious injuries to his genital area.

Following the accident, our client suffered with urinary and erectile problems for several years along with other physical problems and also suffered with serious psychological injury.

On the recommendation of the Psychological expert in this case we were able to facilitate psychological treatment before concluding this claim for our client.

This case was litigated and settled pre-trial on a full liability basis for a sum of over £26,000.00.
