A full time Legal Secretary is required in the Residential Property Department based at our Guildford office.

The successful candidate must possess fast accurate typing skills and will be well organised, have a friendly, flexible and “can do” attitude and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of supporting this thriving department.

Experience working within a busy Residential Property Department is essential.

This role requires excellent IT and communication skills, both written and on the telephone, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.

Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence Legal Secretary - Guildford

A full-time Secretary is required to join a busy team supporting and assisting a Senior Associate.

The role will support the experienced lawyers within a department pursuing Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases on behalf of injured individuals.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have superior administrative skills, an accurate command of the English language, a real desire to help people, a “can do” attitude and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of supporting this thriving department. Due to the nature of the work, the candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment, with the ability to balance tasks and prioritise accordingly. Therefore self-management is essential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of being a team player and will have strong organisational and IT skills, along with the ability and interest to support the Lawyers with progressing with client matters along with managing events, diary management and social committee related tasks. A part-time Secretary, is required to join a busy team supporting experienced lawyers within the Employment Department in Woking. This is a job share with another part time Secretary and although there will be some degree of flexibility with hours, the successful candidate will be required to work a Wednesday and Friday.

This role requires superior administrative skills, a real desire to help people, a “can do” attitude and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of supporting this thriving department.

Previous experience working as a legal secretary in a professional environment is essential. However, experience working in Employment is not required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of being a team player and will have good organisational, telephone and IT skills.

Dispute Resolution Partner Senior Secretary - Guildford

A full time Legal Secretary is required to work for the Partner and Head of Department in Dispute Resolution based in Guildford. This role requires superior administrative skills, a “can do” attitude and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of supporting the department.

Previous legal secretarial experience with a litigation background is helpful. The successful candidate must have fast, accurate audio typing, excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Self-motivation, flexibility & strong communication skills are essential.
