- Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Guildford
A vacancy has arisen in our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department based at our Guildford office for a 1-2 PQE Solicitor on a full time basis.
This role provides the opportunity to work as part of the firm’s specialist Claimant personal injury claim team to deliver an excellent client service, predominantly but not exclusively to clients with an acquired brain injury.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough training on the CPR and pre action protocols as they relate to personal injury claims and must have an understanding of the Rehabilitation Code.
Skills required will include team work, initiative, great communication and self-management, flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude, an enthusiasm to learn new things and the ability to be an impressive ambassador for the Department and firm.

A full time Paralegal is required to join the Commercial Property Department based in Guildford with an expected start date of July 2018.
The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial, administrative support and assist with draft documents as necessary. Through internal and external client service, team work, initiative, communication and self-management the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the Department and firm at all times.
